Don't shut the barn door after the horse is stolen.

On that misty Nowhereshire morning col. Sanders (ret.) woke up especially early. He was looking forward to the first ever ride on his new acquisition: the beautiful Arab stallion, Muhammed. Very expensive acquisition was, that horse!
Col. Sanders nearly got a stroke when he found that the barn door was open and his marvelous stallion aparently stolen! But years of the military service quickly took over, automatically shutting the barn door, fishing the cell phone and calling the police!
Inspector Doyle, however, did not approve of all these actions, namely the first one. "Shouldn't you've touched the door handle, col. Sanders", he said in despair, "we'd have the full palm print of the thief. Why did you want it closed, anyway, you don't have any more valuable horses, are you?"
