A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush

- Hey, Johny, what a nice bird you have in your hand!
- Yeah, Carla, it's one mighty goose!
- Would you like to trade your one single only bird for two different great birds?
- I might... Depends on what kind of birds you are offering.
- Well, there they are!
- Where?
- Over there! In the bush!
- D'oh, Carla, those birds are dead and small!
- But they still are two, Johny!
- Nah, Carla, this bird in my hand is worth ten those stinkies in the bush!
