Proverberator is an automated new proverbs generator from the existing ones by replacing a random word with another. Substitute words are take from other proverbs to keep the lexics withing that of proverbs. Proverbial Results may vary :) Some are funny, some are not, some are plain stupid or even scary or offensive. Don't take them too seriously -- they're just random words, nothing more. The proverb list contains all proverbs that are currently used by the system for its tricks. It is our intention to add some short funny stories that illustrate the proverb's meaning at a later time. New proverbs, illustrative stories, just comments and especially the ones desiring to translate proverberator into other languages, are welcome. |
